ON2: Test Signals, 22 – 24 October, Berlin

The “ON2: Test Signals” festival will bring together software developers and radio practitioners to demonstrate, discuss and develop new ways of applying software to broadcast radio. ON2 will take place from Friday 22 October – Sunday 24 October in Berlin, Germany.
